Christopher Morel
Coach / Owner
Christopher Morel is an (ACE) American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer. He specializes in Weight Management for men and women of all ages. Christopher believes that with the right amount of motivation, consistency, and intensity, you will be well on your way to achieving your goals. “Visualize your goals because seeing is believing, if you see it you can believe it, if you believe it, you can achieve it.”
Patrick Donnelly
General Manager
Patrick Donnelly is an (ACE) American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer. He is also a Certified Weight Management Specialist through ACE, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ACE, Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 Certified Coach, and a (TFW) Training for Warriors, Level 2 Coach. He has a strong desire to help people achieve their fitness goals, and has committed his career to helping people do just that. Patrick applies the Ralph Waldo Emerson quote to every aspect of his life: “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
Matthew Hillsberg
Head Coach
Matthew Hillsberg is an (NSCA) National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, who holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Becker College. He is also a Certified Weight Management Specialist through ACE, and a (TFW) Training for Warriors, Level 2 Coach. Matthew believes and strives to help others learn that through the journey of improving physical health and fitness, anyone can develop confidence. He enjoys helping people build the desire to improve all aspects of their life. One quote Matthew uses to maintain drive in his fitness journey, and help others stay committed to theirs, comes from sports psychologist Jim Afremow, “Attitude is a decision, and it is also a learned behavior, requiring discipline and energy to sustain.”
Jared Huie
Lead Coach
Jared Huie is an (NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. He is also a Certified Weight Management Specialist through ACE. He believes in the power of strengthening the mind and the body in order to reach a person’s greatest potential. Jared is passionate about helping people grow confidence and gain comfortability not only in the gym but also in their personal lives, so that they can live the life they desire to live. Jared is inspired by the timeless words of Eleanor Roosevelt: “The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”

Luke Ellsworth is an (NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. He is also a Certified Weight Management Specialist through ACE. He has a strong passion for helping people become their personal best, so that they may live their most passionate and fulfilled lives each and everyday. Luke is inspired by the words of legendary American Basketball Coach John Wooden, “Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self satisfaction in knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.”
